Product OverviewPerformance FeaturesOES8000S is capable of testing all interesting spectral lines within the wavelength range utilizing full spectrum test technology of CCD detector. Test bases, channels and analytical programs can be easily configured and added. The instrument is compact, good for laboratory placement and easy to be maintained. As a generic instrument used in steel and non-ferrous materials test, it is most optimized for analyzing Fe-based, Cu-based, Al-based, Ti-based, Pb-based, Mg-based, Co-based materials.- Full spectrum analysis technology; open for more bases and elements; user can easily configure or add their own elements on their sites.

Skyray offers users the proven test solutions in steel and non-ferrous metal industry derived from its extensive experience in testing technology research and service.Analytical programs are categorized in view of the content of elements, so as to satisfy diverse test requirements of users.Analytical programs are calibrated with international and national standard samples and are fitted and corrected by professional instrument software.Users can rely on a small number of standardized samples provided by the manufacturer to maintain the machine. Common GradesInstrument Installation ServiceBefore installation, the laboratory should meet the following conditions:- Ambient temperature: 16-30ºC. Air conditioning unit configured as per the standard that a space of 15m2 requires a wall-mounted 3500w AC unit.
- Relative humidity: less than 75% (Ensure air vent from the AC does not blow directly toward the instrument).
- Room requirements: a room configured according to the size of the instrument: height 435mm, weight 600mm and depth 600mm. Good sealing, no corrosive gas, no mechanical vibration and electromagnetic interference.
- Power requirements: single phase 220V±10%, 30A, an AC regulator (1kW) is built in the instrument in standard configuration.
- Argon gas: 2 or 3 bottles of argon gas with purity of 99.999% or higher (the max water and oxygen content is 2ppm).
