Instrument introductionWDX-200 Small Multi-channel X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer features for 10 fixed light diffraction channels, 10 elements being analyzed simultaneously. These 10 elements are arbitrary from Na to U as required by the users. The instrument, an ideal quality control choice for large and medium-sized enterprises, is widely used in cement, steel, powder metallurgy, coal, petroleum, caoline, corhart, environment protection industries and so on.

X-ray fluorescence (XRF) is a powerful analytical instrumental method used in a wide variety of industries to determine the elemental composition in various materials.
Wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) is the old timer among commercial X-ray spectrometers, since the method works without high-resolution solid-state detectors. Instead, WDXRF instruments rely on diffractive optics to give them high spectral resolution. WDXRF spectrometers with simple electronic counting circuits were around well before the computer age, and are still the workhouse and leading performer for routine XRF analysis.
SKYRAY WDX200 is a highly cost-effective WDXRF spectrometer applicable to accurate, rapid & non-destructive elemental analysis for many application fields with adoption of matching software.
WDX200 is able to meet the requirements of a tremendous variety of elemental analysis applications. It can be used to measure virtually every element form sodium to uranium in the periodic table with concentration range from a few ppm to nearly 100 percent. It can be used for monitoring major composition in a product or process or the addition of minor additives. Main Features:- Extremely high precision accurate & rapid solution to elemental analysis of powder and lump sample.
- Originally created total spectrum detection technique realizes real-time tracing and correcting for each spectrum line, that greatly improves the repeatability and stability of quantitative analysis.
- Easy setting and modifying of instrumental parameters under man-machine interaction.
- Self-developed XRF analysis software system makes instrument work as OPC server to seamlessly connect with DCS system or QCX system built on the OPC framework.
- Two kinds of quantitative analysis software packages are available: empirical coefficient method and theoretical α-coefficient method, the latter method reduces needed quantity of standard samples with the same analysis accuracy.
- Test report is developed into Excel file for easy data storage; give customers a professional results page.
